This Subscription Agreement applies to Toonixpt premium plans. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Overview

Premium plans may include unlimited generation, ad-free experience, and additional quality options. Plan details and pricing are shown in-app before purchase.

2. No Account Required

Subscription access is managed by Apple ID. No separate Toonixpt account registration is required.

3. Privacy Commitment During Subscription

        Important: We do not collect, store, or process any facial information, facial recognition data, or biometric data.
      

Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not store your bank card details or payment credentials.

4. Subscription Terms

Duration: Monthly or yearly plans based on in-app listing.
Auto-renewal: Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end.
Billing: Charged via Apple ID at purchase and each renewal cycle.
Cancellation: Can be managed in Apple ID settings; access remains until current cycle ends.

5. Premium Feature Scope

Unlimited generation quota under the active plan.
Reduced or removed ad interruptions where applicable.
Potential access to high-quality output and enhanced options.

6. Refunds and Platform Rules

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store policies and applicable laws in your region.

7. Agreement Updates

We may update subscription terms to reflect product and legal changes. Continued subscription use means acceptance of updates.
